Model turned TV Presenter Vikki Thomas enjoyed an illustrious 6+ year Glamour modeling career appearing in many of the UK’s biggest tabloids and in some of the most popular men’s magazines around. She has also been the face of several modeling campaigns including Prada, Lipsy and Pipex to name but a few. During this time, she built up a fantastic reputation of being one of the most desired yet glamorously friendly models within the Glamour World and now within the TV & Film Industry. With her natural ambition, presence and talent, Vikki made her debut film appearance in 2001 playing a supporting Actor role to her childhood favorite star John Hurt in the movie Tabloid TV. Vikki's bubbly and charming personality has won her many cheeky and glamorous TV roles, names to mention in hit comedy sketches on Channel 4’s Make My Day and The Cowboy Trap; and then later with her blossoming talent for Comedy ad-lib on BBC1’s Spy TV with cheeky footballer Ian Wright. A massive supporter in Charity work, Vikki pro-actively supports the charities: Arthritis Research Campaign, Cancer Research - after 4 years ago her life was shattered after loosing her mother 'Gillian' to Lymphoma Cancer, Vikki was very much the mummy's girl describing the bond between her and her mother as irreplaceable. She also supports the Sick Children's Trust and The Help for Heros Campaign. To note also the forces sweetheart already plans to visit the troops in Afghanistan and run the Great North run this year to aid her supporting charities. In 2009 she ran the Race for Life as a "face for Cancer Reaserch" at Hyde park and also took part in last years "Celebrity's Stars behind bars" at The Embassy nightclub, aiding to raise over 5k for the Sick Childrens trust. Vikki suffer's from Connective tissue disorder and Raynaud's disease. She has also been open in admitting her past problems with Alcohol/Drug addition and Anorexia during her years within the glamour industry. She has been quoted to say "The only way to get over your problems are to face up to them and talk about them", she has also been know to do volunteer work for the samaritans support group. Vikki is now currently into the 2nd year hosting her own daytime chat show (The Vikki Thomas Show) on the ever-popular interactive glamour channel ‘Elite TV’ on Sky. With an extremely large fan base to hand, whilst at work she is viewed by approximately +30,000 people daily and her existing website gains over 50,000 views a week, from such foundations she has been branded by viewers and colleagues as the “modern day Marilyn Munroe”. She is also a roaming Show-biz Reporter at Celebrity events for an Online channel in association with E! entertainment "Unseen TV" and has also become an entrepreneur in recently forming her own Media Company. Her interests include her family, friends, dog calvin, her work, keeping fit, shopping, fashion and music.
